Spending November in Austin, Texas feels like discovering a sweet spot between endless summer and cozy fall. The air cools just enough for long walks around Lady Bird Lake and patio brunches under golden oaks, yet the city’s energy stays electric with festivals, live music, and endless tacos. Mornings start crisp, but afternoons are warm enough for a dip in Barton Springs. It’s a month where boots meet T-shirts, and every sunset feels like a painted promise that you chose the perfect time to be here.

Why Austin?

We chose Austin, Texas for our November stop because it offers the perfect balance of weather — not too hot, not too cold — and felt like a must-visit to get a true taste of Texas. When we asked around for city recommendations, Austin came up again and again, thanks to its incredible food, vibrant art and music scenes, and overall energy. It also made sense geographically with our route, and we loved the idea of experiencing a city that's constantly buzzing with creativity and culture.
